CVO is a group of related companies active in the European real estate market. The CVO Group was founded in 1999 and presently the organization is managed by its
co-founder Bert Corneth, an expert in the European real estate market.

The headquarters of the Group were established in the Netherlands (Rotterdam).The Group presently also has offices in Portugal (Lisbon), Spain (Madrid), Italy* (Rome, Venice and Milan) and Germany* (Frankfurt and Hamburg). For projects in the French real estate market the CVO Group has a cooperation alliance with the - since mid 2004 stand alone - CVO France SAS* organization (Paris).

Besides in the above mentioned countries, the CVO Group operates in various other European countries, such as Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Our three main fields of operation are:
• Project Management (also including project monitoring)
• Property Consultancy
• Project Development

The CVO Group employs a team of experienced and skilled (senior) project managers and supporting staff, all familiar with working in a multidisciplinary environment.

Over the years, we have developed a strong international network of cooperation partners to successfully manage and support our activities. We are involved in major real estate projects for blue chip national and international clients throughout Europe. We offer a high, proactive and flexible service to our clients and we aim to provide them with added value services.
